EHChocolatier

EHChocolatier is an artisan chocolate shop located in Cambridge. Founded in 2010, they specialize in unique homemade chocolates and confections, made with organic ingredients. Their founders came to us in the fall of 2021, with a need to increase marketing and B2B corporate sales. To address this, we performed an extensive competitor analysis to highlight their value proposition and areas to improve on. From there, we selected 4 corporate sectors, explained the rationale for targeting them, and provided sample contacts for outreach. We concluded with an actionable timeline, as well as smaller recommendations for promotions, email marketing, social media, and their website.

Itinare

​

Itinare is an app that allows you to plan your trips second by second, it enables you to create, organize, and collaborate travel plans within seconds, without any stress. They came to us in the spring of 2021 and asked for a data-based analysis of their market, as well as a marketing strategy for said market. We provided them with an in-depth go to market strategy which included a detailed timeline, target market analysis, marketing channels suggestions, competitor analysis, KPIs, and recommended feedback loops.

Nussli118

Nussli118 is an organic, plant-based, gluten-free and grain-free health food store located in Cambridge, MA. Founded by Angela Hoffman in 2014, she approached us in the fall of 2021 with a goal of improving her online marketing efforts in order to increase revenue. To help overcome this challenge, we used Nussli's social media and website analytics to gain an understanding of the current state and performed extensive market research to understand the environment surrounding consumer health foods. We then suggested she add a secondary tier to her targeting strategy to address a younger demographic and begin using affiliate marketing to promote Nussli's online sales, as well as strategies to improve SEO and grow her public relations presence.

Smith Environmental Law is a sole proprietorship environmental law consultancy. Founded by Kristi Smith in 2020, Smith Environmental Law focuses on helping clients achieve their clean air and climate goals through effective advocacy before courts and regulatory agencies.
